Description: Our organic mixed spice is a classic blend of the highest quality sweet spices including caraway, cinnamon, cloves, coriander, ginger and nutmeg and is a store cupboard essential, which is ideal for baking and cooking and for adding to both sweet and savoury dishes.
Interesting Fact: This aromatic mix used for century’s compliments many dishes and is sometimes referred to as ‘Pudding Spice’ or ‘English Pudding Spice’ and can be used in place of allspice and the American pumpkin spice blend in most recipes. Many variations of this blend have appeared over the years and to the basic ingredients cayenne pepper, fennel, allspice and mace have all been added to the blend. Whatever is added to the blend, it makes a quick, tastiest and economical way of adding sweet spicy flavour to your cooking.
